If you make cards for holidays, it's a good idea to start in advance . . . by many weeks! The Frumpy Stamper does not do this but she knows she should! This card features the marker-to-stamp technique. Instead of using an ink pad, just color away on your rubber stamp using Stampin' Write Markers!
